No hot water, poor wife, unfriendly staff,......
Location near bus station, staff helpful to explain me Ciudad del est business
Veeeeery dirty, with animals in My rooms, staff always look to everything I did No dinner available in hotel
Room size and airconditioning worked well.
First of all the wifi was terrible. Did not work at all. Our room was rather dirty. My bedsheet had bloodspots on it and was just dirty. The breakfastbuffet was very poor, no fresh fruits only some pasteries. Everything was covered in sugar even the milk. The hotel was like a ghost hotel there was no one working there or seemed that way. Sometimes a person in the lobby but no one at the bar or to serve you. Our room was on the second floor and was incredible loud. The noise started at 6.am. Not acceptible. Than the biggest problem that we had was when we were leaving. We askef the girl in the lobby to call us a Taxi to take us to the airport. Some guy arrived not in a marked car. No licence that he was a taxi driver and no meter calculater in the car. He dropped us at the airport and charged us 250 argentinan pesos. Total ripoff!!! We asked for a Taxi!!!! So overall would not recommend this terrible hotel and would not give it more than half of a star.
Restaurant was good value
Terrace was a mess Curtains dirty Sower curtain smelled like a dirty diaper
clean and good facilities, nice breakfast close to airport and the falls
far from center, yet close to the bus station
The bed and the pillow were good for the overall condition of the hotel. Staff were friendly and always willing to help.
There was no WIFI in the rooms, swimming pool facilities were old and poor. There was a lunch menu for 160 pesos, very limited in variety. The hotel is 3 Kms from Puerto Iguazú (the city), bus lines stop at 23 hrs so you will be dependent on private taxi cars if you want to go out for dinner.
Great location. Loved their taxi driver Miguel who basically chauffeured us for a day and showed us places to eat, saved us time, and gave us tips. The lobby is nicely decorated and i loved the cross-sections of tree branches that served as the handrails!
The building is old, which is fine, but it wasn't incredibly well cared for. The ants aren't pests, but they are there (even saw one on the breakfast bar). No counter space in the bathroom.
The price, the food, the internet services, the bed, the tv
the switches of the room did not match my tablet
only one person we could comunicate with..Quite clean.
With the problem of going around I would consider better location. They called their friend taxi driver to takes us to airport with the fixed price 260 pesos.but I did't got the change from 300. Driver was explainnig that the petrol price raised IN THE NIGHT ?!?
